Gestion Immobilière SUBEC Inc. is a familial company and we are managing buildings since 1979. The managers have experience in the management of residential condominiums, industrial and commercial buildings, and in the management of multi apartment building.
We have 30 years of construction’s experience and we have built over 3 500 condominium units and around 500 000 s.f. of industrial and commercial building. This large experience will benefit our client and both of the managers have their general contractor’s license and one of them has a bachelor of laws.
Our experience in managing, accounting and construction is a real advantage for our company. We are also able to guide you for the renovation and maintenance of the building and your personal unit. We are familiar with the condominium act and we can establish the forecast for your provident fund.
We also have a list of subcontractors that can help your building and the owners in case of emergency at reasonable cost.
Because we are a general contractor and a building manager for many years, we have a list of subcontractors that we can recommend for your building at competitive cost.
